The last two days I have been busy with the move of the informatics department from my university. We were moving to a new building directly against the old one. The distance wasn’t a big problem but (1) the short amount of time that we had for preparation as well as (2) the amount of stuff that we were moving caused a few headaches.
I was the coordinator of the entire move and as such the last two days were pretty exciting. All in all things went well. It’s a bit awkward to receive so many compliments today but hey, I’m not complaining!
(P.S. I’m typing this in the room of ErikP, my supervisor. Damn it feels good to sit in a professor’s chair for a change
