In a previous post I explained my new job, managing the move to a new location at our university. Turns out that this is a pretty stressful job, as was to be expected. Friday I was really spent when I got home. I just had to sit down and have a beer before I was able to do anything. In the evening I made myself a nice fire in the garden and relaxed..
Satureday (today) we didn’t do much either. I ordered new glasses and new contacts. This is the first time that I ordered glasses of a famous brand, so they were a little expensive. Actually, they were way over budget… the good thing is, though, that I got a bit of a discount to ease the burden. Still a lot of money but we’ll survive. I’ll post a picture when my glasses arrive (somewhere next week, hopefully). In the evening I was pretty tired again, so I built myself another fire. Sat outside most of the evening staring at the flames and actually feel a bit better now. Time to hit the sack!
