Just one more night and then our stay in Spain is over… 
We´ve had a great vacation here, seen a lot and relaxed a lot (we both needed that a lot, actually!). Yesterday we drove to Banyoles again because we missed the market the last time around. This time we found it, and actually bought something. Advised by Hylke, I found a really cheap pocketknife which is incredibly sharp. Quite convenient to carry around. I also bought a 2cd-set of Glenn Miller that we can play in the car. BigBand music like that can be great and cheers us up most of the time.
After our trip to Banyoles we stopped at CanBanal to say bye to Stendert and family. We got invited for dinner after which Koen could play some more with Saskia in the pool. After we went home we sat outside untill late, relaxing and chatting some more. Of course we had another “snack” in the evening (so the meal-count reached 4 again).
We spent out last day here in Girona. I really, really wanted to see the cathedral again. It is a beautifull and relaxing place to be. Unfortunately they charge €4 per person these days, and taking pictures is no longer allowed (yeah right, as if that will stop me). Walking through the old city center was a bit tricky since Koen was in his trolley, but it was definately worth the effort. We also walked over to El Cortes Ingles for some shopping. Eva bought some shirts and I bought a nice sweater, as well as a gift for one of my promotores (since they may read this, I won´t publish the details here!) After this we stopped at Besalu again for some souvenirs and finally drove back home for dinner. Hopefully the weather remains good so we can sit outside long with some champaign (thanks Marieke!)
